To start the mission you can either directly navigate to Mars and click on ‘ Maroo’s Bazaar‘ or simply find the alert tab in your Star Chart Navigation and use that to get directed to the right node. This guide will talk a bit about what you need to look out for, how the whole treasure hunt works and what else you should keep in mind.
While the mission itself is very fast and can be done in just a few minutes, newer players oftentimes have problems with solving the Parkour part. The Ayatan Sculptures aren’t just for decoration, but can also be fully socketed (with Cyan Ayatan Stars and Amber Ayatan Stars) and then sold to Maroo for a lot of Endo. Orokin Vaults in Warframe are hidden rooms in Orokin Derelict missions that contain rare mods.Once per week you are able to go to Maroo’s Bazaar (Mars) and ask Maroo for the Ayatan Treasure Hunt – a short mission that will guaranteed reward you with an Ayatan Sculpture.Įven though it is totally random what sculpture you will get, doing this mission every week is very beneficial. They can only be opened with a Dragon Key, and are marked by an intricate and ornate door. There are four different types of Dragon Key, and the doors will only open to one key, which is random for each door.

The standard way to run Orokin Vaults is with a full squad, with each person carrying a different Dragon Key in their Gear Wheel. You can get Dragon Key blueprints in the Orokin Lab of your Clan Dojo. Each of the four keys needs a different Blueprint, which you can build for 500 Credits, 250 Salvage, and 10 Void Traces. Hobbled Key reduces speed by 50 percent.Extinguished Key reduces damage by 75 percent.Decaying Key reduces shields by 75 percent.Bleeding Key reduced health by 75 percent.Each time you use a key to open a Vault, it will be used up, so the best practice is to build multiple keys at the start of a run.Īll the keys will have an effect on the Tenno that carries it. One player can carry all four keys, but this is generally reserved for higher-level players with an extremely well-modded Warframe such as Inaros. Certain Warframes are better at carrying certain keys. Volt and Nezha can bypass much of the Hobbled Key’s speed reduction, while Nidus and Inaros don’t have shields, so they can be used to carry the Decaying Key.

The Bleeding Key or Decaying Key can be carried by Rhino, who has Iron Skin to overcome the issue. Remember to equip the Dragon Key to your Gear Wheel before you begin the mission. Orokin Vaults can be found in Orokin Derelict missions on the Star Chart, but will not spawn in Defense of Assassination missions. The best mission to run is the Orokin Derelict Capture, as you can grab the enemy, then take all the time you need to find the Vault. The Vault will have an Ornate door, as shown in the image above. When you find the door, it will tell you which Dragon Key can open it, then have the player carrying the Key interact with it. Only one player needs to grab the item inside for all players to get it as a reward at the end of the mission.
There is no particular trick to finding the door, and they can spawn anywhere on the map.
With four players in the squad, it should make searching pretty fast. You can split up and cover different parts of the map. It is also a good idea to have your map overlaid on the screen to ensure you don’t miss any corridors or rooms. They can be hidden in the small broken tunnels that exist on these maps, so be sure you check everywhere.
